The following promotion is intended for residents of Canada and will be construed and evaluated according to Canadian law as indicated below. Please do not enter if you are not a resident of Canada. Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS (“OFFICIAL RULES”) BEFORE ENTERING THE ‘WIN A WEDDING CANADA SWEEPSTAKES’ (THE “SWEEPSTAKES”) HOSTED AND ADMINISTERED BY WEDDING PLANNER, S.L.U (“WEDDING PLANNER” OR “ORGANISER”). BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU SATISFY ALL OF THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND TO AGREE TO BE BOUND UNCONDITIONALLY BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

ORGANISER OF THE PROMOTION
Wedding Planner, owner of the site www.weddingwire.ca, organises this sweepstakes  in accordance with the provisions outlined in these Official Rules.
For any doubts or clarifications related to the Sweepstakes or the contents of the Official Rules, please contact WeddingWire.ca at the email address, support@weddingwire.ca.

PARTICIPATION PERIOD
This Sweepstakes will be open on 9:00am EST on October 5th, 2026  (the “Start Date”) and will end 12:00am EST on November 1st, 2026 (the “End Date”).  The Start Date to the End date will be known as the “Entry Period.”  Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified. Wedding Planner’s computer will be the official timekeeping device for this sweepstakes. Wedding Planner reserves the right to end the sweepstakes at any time, including prior to the End Date.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Requirements that must be met by all participants: Participation in the Promotion is free (without any monetary cost) and those who participate must meet the following prerequisites:
Be a natural person over 18 years of age.
Be a legal resident in Canada, excluding Quebec
Comply fully with the provisions of these Official Rules.
Have a wedding date between 30 November 2026 and 31 October 2027
Getting married or planning to get married in Canada
Be a registered user of the WeddingWire Canada platform (https://www.weddingwire.ca, the “Website”) during the Promotion Period, and register and/or log in via one of the applicable participation pages (the “Participation Landing Pages”) using complete and accurate information:

The following persons may not participate in the Promotion:
Wedding Planner's employees, executives and/or partners and their respective families, nor any other person directly or indirectly related professionally to Wedding Planner or the Promotion.
Any immediate family members (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse)of an Employee, or
A person residing in the same household as an Employee or a Family Member.

If at any time it becomes evident that any of the participants do not comply with the requirements set out in the Official Rules, or that the data provided to participate are inaccurate, their participation will be considered void, and they will be automatically excluded from the Sweepstakes and will lose all rights to the Prize (term defined below) awarded by virtue of this Sweepstakes. At any time, Wedding Planner will have the right to request from any individual who has participated in these Sweepstakes by submitting an Entry (each an “Entrant”), proof of identity, proof of wedding date, and/or eligibility to participate. Failure to provide proof within a reasonable time could result in the Entrant’s disqualification. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations. Wedding Planner reserves the right to disqualify any Entrants who, in Organiser’s sole discretion, do not comply with these Official Rules or who otherwise tamper with the entry process. Void outside of Canada and where prohibited by law.

Participation in this Promotion implies the unreserved acceptance of these Official Rules in their entirety.

REWARD
Each Winner (one [1] winner in total)  will receive up to $10,000 CAD in the form of Vendor invoice payments or reimbursements to Winner from Organiser for services toward Winner’s wedding taking place between 30 November 2026 and 31 October 2027 to be used to book up to 5 vendors within the following categories on WeddingWire Canada marketplace: Reception Venues, Wedding Photographers, Catering, Bridal Salons, Wedding Planners, Wedding Cakes, Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal Showers & Parties, DJs, Wedding Bands, Videographer, Wedding Rentals, Beauty Services, Florists, Officiants & Pre-marital Counseling, Photo Booths, Bar Services, Transportation, Soloists & Ensembles, Decor, Invitations, Favors & Gifts and Hotel Room Blocks (“Prize(s)”). The total value of the Prizes will not exceed CDN $10,000 ($10,000 each prize). The Winner shall send the Organiser up to 5 invoices for Vendor services for a wedding taking place between 30 November 2026 and 31 October 2027 that are intended to be covered by the Prize. All invoices must be for Vendors listed on WeddingWire Canada marketplace within an eligible category. For the avoidance of doubt, Organiser retains sole discretion as to whether any Vendor invoice submitted by the Winner is accepted for payment. Organiser will pay eligible invoices within 45 days of receipt. If Winner has already made payment to an eligible Vendor for services happening for a wedding taking place between 30 November 2026 and 31 October 2027, Organiser will reimburse Winner to their nominated bank account within 45 days of receipt of each invoice and related proof of payment. All reimbursement requests and supporting documentation must be submitted within 30 days of the Winner's wedding date. The number of different Vendors’ invoices is limited to 5 and must be accompanied by a proof of payment. The Winner shall be responsible for any late payment obligations in respect of the selected vendors. Any and all Prize-related expenses, including but not limited to any tax, expense, commission, or withholding applicable in accordance with current Canadian tax legislation, will be entirely assumed and paid by Organiser.The Prize(s) do not create any form of agency or other commercial arrangement between the Winner and Wedding Planner. No transfer, cash equivalent, or prize substitution is allowed, except at the Wedding Planner's sole discretion due to prize unavailability or for reasons beyond its control.


HOW TO PARTICIPATE: MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION
To enter the promotion, participants must register and/or log in via the applicable Participation Landing Page pages (the “Participation Landing Pages”) using complete and accurate information and complete the instructions found there for the Sweepstakes (an “Entry”). This step is mandatory and required for entry into the Sweepstakes.
To be eligible to win, the email address associated with the Participant’s WeddingWire Canada account must be verified. Participants may be required to verify their email address through a confirmation link or validation process sent by Organiser before an Entry is considered complete. Entries submitted without a verified email address will be disqualified.
In addition to the mandatory Entry via the landing page, Participants may earn optional secondary entry during the Entry Period as follows:
B. Vendor Lead (1 additional entry possible). After completing the landing page Entry,  initiate a vendor inquiry through the WeddingWire Canada platform during the Entry Period.
A “vendor inquiry” means initiating a first-time message or inquiry to the applicable Vendor via WeddingWire Canada platform using the Vendor’s lead form or messaging tool.
The Vendor must be listed in the WeddingWire Canada marketplace
Limit one (1) Vendor Lead bonus entry per Participant.
Entry Limits / Conditions: Each action above may be completed once for credit; no credit for duplicate, edited, canceled, automated, or spam leads, each as determined in Organiser’s sole discretion.
Maximum total entries per Participant = two (2): one (1) mandatory Entry + up to one (1) optional secondary entry. All Entries become the property of Wedding Planner and will not be acknowledged or returned. Wedding Planner is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible, or misdirected Entries, which will be disqualified, or for any error, whether human, technical, or otherwise.  Wedding Planner reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant found to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes, infringing on the rights of third parties, or acting in violation of any applicable  law, rule, regulation or these Official Rules. This Sweepstakes may be cancelled in the event that, in the sole discretion of Wedding Planner, an insufficient number of eligible Entries are received.  

WINNER SELECTION
Within five (5) business days following the End Date of the promotion, Wedding Planner (via WedingWire.ca) will conduct a computer‑generated random draw from all valid entries received in that period to select one (1) potential winners (“Winner”) and 10 alternates. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Before being declared winner, a selected Entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, the mathematical skill- testing question included on the Sweepstakes Release Form referred to below.

ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE; RELEASES
The potential winner will be notified via telephone or email to the address associated with the Participant’s WeddingWire Canada account and/or by direct message through social media if such contact information was provided at entry, on or about the Drawing Date. To claim the Prize, the potential winner  must reply within two (2) working days, attaching and return an Affirmation of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where required and/or permitted) the "Sweepstakes Release Form”) and any additional  information reasonably requested for eligibility verification (which may include attaching a copy of a valid Government‑issued photo‑ID). Failure to respond in time, failure to satisfy the eligibility criteria, or refusal to sign the required forms or accept the Prize will result in forfeiture, and the Prize will be offered to the first alternate, and so on. If none of the  alternates qualify, a new draw will be conducted.

Upon successful verification and completion of the foregoing requirements, Prize funds will be fulfilled as set forth in Section 4, either (i) paid directly to eligible Vendors within forty-five (45) days of receipt, or (ii) reimbursed to the Winner’s nominated bank account in Winner’s name within forty-five (45) days of Organiser’s receipt of acceptable proof of payment, Vendor invoice(s), and Winner’s completed onboarding. Organiser may contact the Winner at any point for additional information reasonably necessary to complete fulfillment.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Wedding Planner shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the products or services contracted by or supplied to the winning participant, or for any inability of the winning participant to benefit from the Prize for any reason whatsoever.

By way of example, but without limitation, Wedding Planner accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, delay or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotional Action, nor for the use made by the participant in respect of the Prize obtained from this Promotional Action.

Wedding Planner declines any kind of responsibility for any damages or claims produced subsequently in relation to the Prize, object of the Promotional Action.

Wedding Planner accepts no responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the Promotional Action from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the Prize.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

For the purposes of administering this Promotion, Wedding Planner will collect and process certain personal data of participants, such as contact details and information strictly necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize. This processing is carried out on the basis of participants consent, namely the participant’s agreement to enter and take part in this Promotion under these Terms.

Wedding Planner may share participants’ personal information only with service providers who assist in administering the Promotion and prize fulfilment (for example, survey or form providers and prize delivery partners), subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. Wedding Planner does not sell participants’ personal information and does not use it for marketing purposes unless the participant has separately consented.

Participants’ personal information may be processed and stored in Canada and in other countries (including the United States and Spain) where Wedding Planner or its service providers operate.

If a participant is selected as a winner, Wedding Planner may request limited supporting documentation (for example, proof of identity and proof of address) only to confirm your eligibility and to comply with legal and tax requirements.
The use of any images, video or testimonials for promotional purposes will only take place on the basis of participants revocable consent, which will be requested separately. Refusal to provide such consent will not affect participants' right to receive the prize.

The Participants can exercise their rights of data protection by sending an e-mail to gdpr@weddingwire.ca. Participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

CHANGES
Wedding Planner reserves the right to modify the conditions of the competition at any time, including its possible cancellation, before the Closing Date, provided that there is a justified cause, and undertakes to communicate the new rules, conditions or cancellation sufficiently in advance.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

GENERAL
If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be struck and the remaining  provisions shall remain in force. Wedding Planner’s failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that  provision. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
